Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Appointments

• All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Clients must be 18 years or older for most treatments.
• Some facial treatments are available from age 14+ with parental/guardian consent.

Payments

• Payment can be made by card or bank transfer only.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% charge.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
• If you contact us to rearrange, we may be able to waive the fee at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Medical Information

• To ensure your treatment is safe and suitable, we ask that you let us know about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment based if it is deemed not safe or suitable.

Results & Aftercare

• Results vary for each individual, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided, and it’s important these are followed to achieve the best results.

Consent & Liability

• All treatments require your informed consent, which will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
• While we take every care to ensure safe and professional treatment, we cannot accept liability for adverse reactions unless caused by negligence.

Privacy & Data Protection

• All client information is stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR.
• We will never share your details without your consent.
• Photos may be taken for medical records and, with your permission, for marketing purposes.

Complaints

• If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days.
• We will investigate and respond in writing within 7 days.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
